My responsibilities include... Maintaining transportation data base for all District 202 students Maintaining subdivision and district mapping system Determining all bus stops and creating all general education routes Coordinating all special education routes with contractor Organizing all field trip and athletic trip transportation I am currently working on... Working with athletic directors to combine or coordinate extra curricular busing in creative ways  to reduce transportation costs. Contacting developers through-out the district to project growth and enrollments for our 5-year plan. Make improvements to our on-line field trip system.
