Oversee middle  school special education services and programs Supervise middle school education administrators Collaborate with middle school principals in supporting needs of IEP students Plan staff development for middle school special education teachers Supervise the district’s  social workers I am currently working on... Reviewing progress of IEP students with special education administrators to identify areas for further consideration of staff training and special education program needs Collaborating with the Directors of Middle School Curriculum and Instruction and Assessment and Accountability to establish a system to evaluate growth of students receiving interventions in reading and math Collaborating with the Director of Assessment and Accountability to implement the Corrective Math pilot in two middle school buildings Implementing Kagan Win-Win Discipline at three middle school buildings The Director of Student Services - Middle School reports to Sharon Gronemeyer
