Supporting school principals in the development and implementation of a data driven school improvement plan Working as the Reading Recovery Site Coordinator Facilitating the implementation of the elementary curriculum I am currently working on... Assisting lead teachers with the implementation and differentiation of the Language Arts curriculum, assessments and resources Utilizing diversity, inclusion and engagement to increase student achievement Supporting Reading Recovery and Reading Specialist teachers as they deliver interventions and support literacy acquisition.
