Regarding employees, the School District will confirm employment when requested for credit information, pension eligibility, transfer of experience credits, to other districts or states, and for colleges and universities that require verification as part of a graduate study program.

An employee wanting employment and salary or wage information released must request so in writing and an administrator must sign the released materials.
